On November 5, 2025, Islamic State in Khorasan Province (ISKP) issued an audio of its Pashto series “Arzawanah”.
In the 22 minutes audio message, the group discusses several key issues including the border line between Pakistan and Afghanistan.
ISKP discusses the concept of the Islamic Caliphate. It described it as a sacred Caliphate and the desired form of political rule. The audio mentioned that the true Islamic politics is based on the idea that "the believers are but brothers".
